Return Policy

For custom or made-to-order pieces, sales are final due to the personalized nature of the product. Please contact us via email if you have any issues with your order.

In order to receive a full refund for items that are not custom-made, please contact us via email with a return request within 3 days of receipt. Any requests made after 3 days will allow for exchange only. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Contact us via email with your order number for both return and exchange requests.

All returned or exchanged pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Altered products cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
